2. Services Overview
DealerSetu provides a unified platform to manage vehicle inventory, sales, bookings, CRM, billing, RTO, insurance, accounts, and reporting. The platform is designed for car, two-wheeler, and commercial vehicle dealerships, as well as multi-location auto groups. DealerSetu replaces fragmented tools like Excel, Tally, local billing software, and multiple CRMs with a single, AI-powered solution.

3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payments
DealerSetu operates on a subscription model. Fees are payable according to your chosen plan. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. DealerSetu reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice. Access may be suspended for non-payment or breach of terms.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, AI algorithms, and platform features are the property of DealerSetu or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitations of Liability
DealerSetu provides Services “as-is.” While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. DealerSetu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
